This was a quick efficient redesign into a more modern and eye-catching format for desktop and mobile.

Outdated forms were replaced with great-looking, stable modern insurance application forms. ReCaptcha spam-protection was added to the forms to eliminate unwanted spam emails. The site looks much more professional, prompting users to be more likely to actually purchase an insurance plan online. Mission accomplished.
